Determining the Cause

Chief Complaint: Amenorrhea

a. History: Suffered severe cervical lacerations during delivery, resulting in hemorrhagic shock, now has loss of weight and muscle strength

- Fatigue

- Difficulty breastfeeding (due to decreased milk production)
- Irregular or absent menstrual periods
- Low blood pressure

- Cold intolerance
- Low blood sugar levels

### Diagnosis

- Blood tests to check hormone levels.
- Imaging studies, such as MRI or CT scans, to examine the pituitary gland.
